At Jeep World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rugged fashion choices. If your gear isn’t the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
